Certified Classical Pilates Teacher, Life Coach, Clinical & Medical Hypnotherapist

Talya’s journey began amid a health crisis while working in the fashion industry, leading to diagnoses of M.E. (CFS) and fibromyalgia. This personal health battle drove her to discover the power of Pilates, life coaching, and eventually, hypnotherapy.

Recognizing that traditional Western medicine often focuses only on symptoms, Talya sought treatments that addressed both body and mind. Through Pilates, she strengthened her physical structure; life coaching brought mental clarity; and hypnotherapy allowed direct communication with the subconscious, completing her holistic approach to self-healing.

Today, The Human Potential Clinic integrates these modalities to provide a comprehensive health service. We focus on strengthening the spine, programming the nervous system, and enhancing overall wellness through mindfulness and movement.
